PEO Registration System

Every PEO (professional employer organization) operating in the Commonwealth of Kentucky must register. Any PEO operating on or before 7/14/2022 may continue to work in the Commonwealth of Kentucky through 1/10/2023. PEOs who fail to register by 01/10/2023 will no longer be authorized in Kentucky without an approved registration. PEOs which are not already operating in Kentucky on 7/14/2022 must register and be approved to begin operating in Kentucky.
